Because our products are hand-made, some variations will occur between each piece but we do our best to match the measurements and images shown on our website.
Orders ship within 1-2 business days via your preferred carrier chosen at checkout. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Items are not shipped over the weekend or major holidays.
We have a free shipping policy on items above $100 for United States, if your order doesn't met this condition, different shipping options will be shown at checkout.
Our promotional shipping on orders above $100 ships with USPS First Class Mail – usually delivers in 3-5 business days.

If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. If you would like to waive your signature upon delivery requirement, please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen package.
Returns & Exchanges
While we hope you love our products as much as we do, we understand that sometimes things change. If you are not happy with your purchase, please email email@example.com for all exchanges or store credit.
Because our products are handmade and produced in small scale by artisans we do not accept returns except of defective or damaged items.
- Returns/exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Item(s) must be unused and in perfect condition with all original packaging intact.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to us.
We suggest that you return/exchanged item(s) using a shipping method that will provide you with a tracking number. Please make sure the shipping is prepaid as you (the customer) are responsible for return shipping costs. Complimentary shipping will only be provided if the item you received was damaged or defective. Keep a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement, or refund.

Back orders & custom orders:
When an item it is not currently in our stock and it is marked as pre order, it means that it is available to pre-order, which take anywhere from 4-8 weeks and we’ll email you in 2-3 business days with updates of your order.

When you no longer have use for your purchased product, you could pass it on to someone else to share the joy or you can send it back to us and we’ll give it a second life in a sustainable way.
