Shipping:

Orders ship within 1-2 business days, and we offer complimentary shipping on all orders over USD 150 for The United States, unless you choose expedite shipping. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Items are not shipped over the weekend or major holidays. For international orders, different shipping options will be shown at checkout.

If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. 

Returns & Exchanges

We produce every style and collection in very limited quantities, ensuring that each piece is truly unique. Our focus on quality and exceptional customer service means we’re here to help you.  

However, given the limited nature of our collections, we encourage you to carefully consider your purchase. If a size doesn’t work or you experience a change of heart, we are happy to assist with a complimentary exchange to ensure you are completely satisfied while maintaining the exclusivity and craftsmanship of our designs. We only accept complimentary returns of defective or damaged items. 

  • Returns/exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item(s) must be unused and in perfect condition with all original packaging intact.
  • Last Chance, promotions and other sales are final sale and only size exchange will be available. 

 If you want to exchange or return an order, please contact us to info@yanawara.com and a return label will be provided. 

Refunds will appear in your account in 2-10 business days. 

  • Yanawara is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages in returned/exchanged items.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns and exchanges deemed unreasonable at our discretion.

Back orders & custom orders:

When an item it is not currently in our stock and it is marked as pre order, it means that it is available to pre-order, which take anywhere from 4-8 weeks and we’ll email you in 2-3 business days with updates of your order.

Product lifecycle:

When you no longer have use for your purchased product, you could pass it on to someone else to share the joy or you can send it back to us and we’ll give it a second life in a sustainable way.
