Return & Shipping Policy
Because our products are hand-made, some variations will occur between each piece but we do our best to match the measurements and images shown on our website.
Back orders & custom orders:
When an item it’s not currently in our stock and it’s marked as Back Order, means that is available to pre-order, which take anywhere from 4-8 weeks and we’ll email you in 2-3 business days with updates of your order.
For custom orders we’ll email you in 2-3 business days.

Orders ship within 2-3 business days via USPS First Class Mail. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Items are not shipped over the weekend or major holidays.
USPS First Class Mail – usually delivers in 3-5 business days.
There may be some delays due to the Covid pandemic. Feel free to reach out to us to be updated.

We have a free shipping policy on items above $100 for United States, below this amount a flat rate will be added.
For shipments outside United States, a rate based on weight and size will be added.
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. If you would like to waive your signature upon delivery requirement, please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen package.
Returns & Exchanges
While we hope you love our products as much as we do, we understand that sometimes things change. If you are not happy with your purchase, please email email@example.com for all exchanges.
Because our products are handmade and produced in small scale by artisans we do not accept returns except of defective or damaged items.
- Returns/exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of delivery.
- Item(s) must be unused and in perfect condition with all original packaging intact.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to us.
We suggest that you return/exchanged item(s) using a shipping method that will provide you with a tracking number. Please make sure the shipping is prepaid as you (the customer) are responsible for return shipping costs. Complimentary shipping will only be provided if the item you received was damaged or defective. Keep a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement, or refund.

All Sale Items are final sales and non-exchangeable.
When you no longer have use for your product purchased your could pass it on to someone else to share the joy or you can send it back to us and we’ll give it a second life in a sustainable way.
